Building Management Team
The Bradec Group has a defined building management team. This ensures that all work done by the Bradec Group including house, office and hotel building, refurbishment and renovation work is of the highest standard and meets clients requirements.
Steve Bradbury - Managing Director
Steve joined Bradec in 1982 working with his Father, who had founded the Company. From 1983 – 1988 Steve studied at Salisbury College of Technology and successfully achieved his ONC and HNC in Building Studies on a day release basis. Steve then concluded his formal studies to concentrate on the Bradec business and initially undertook all Quantity Surveying duties, Steve became more involved with all aspects of the business and was instrumental in the conception, implementation and monitoring of the Companies Quality Assurance Scheme. Since his Father’s retirement in the early 1990’s Steve has formed the Construction Division of the Company and continues to build on a proud reputation of Quality and Service.
Marcus Sparrow - Commercial Manager
Marcus joined Bradec in 1990.He obtained a National Diploma in Building Studies and continued his college studies and gained a HNC in Building Studies. His role in the company has evolved over the years and now helps manage and develop Bradec on a day to day basis bringing new business to the company. Marcus has involvement with the client at an early stage to discuss their requirements, formulating budgets/estimates, providing ideas and opinions, organising the progress of works and managing the budget with the client through to its completion. On conclusion of the project he ensures the client is satisfied with the project and all aspects of the works.
Nicholas Bradbury - Contracts Manager
Nic joined Bradec in 2015 working as a Trainee Surveyor with his Father, Steve. He has completed the National Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment and achieved a Level 3 NVQ in Construction Contracting in 2017, before becoming a Contracts Manager. Nic then continued his education and went on to complete the Higher National Certificate in Construction and the Built Environment in 2019. Nic is very involved in the running of construction projects, from initial enquiries through to the completion of projects. He works closely with clients, subcontractors, architects and suppliers to ensure Bradec’s high standards are achieved.
Gayle Bradbury - Company Secretary
Gayle joined Bradec in 1989 and is responsible for managing the accounts department, stock control, H.R.
Alison Chilcott - PA to Company Secretary
Ali joined Bradec in 1994 and is responsible for the purchase ledger, payroll processing and stock control processing.
Chloe Bradbury- Receptionist
Chloe joined Bradec in 2014, her roles include Receptionist, Clerical Assistant, Office Administration, Subcontract Accounts, Web Administration, Tender Enquiry Admin.
