Bradec has completed many projects in the Hotel and Leisure Sector, for several of the Countries Leading Hotel Chains, such as Hilton Hotels, Jarvis, Jury’s Doyle. The works have been performed in all areas of the Hotel, from Reception to Back of House. The works have been generally refurbishment however New Construction works are undertaken. Our field of operations is National, however works to Southern England are preferable, the types of works undertaken have included: -

·         Public Areas - Reception, Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Lounges

·         Leisure Facilities – Gymnasiums, Swimming and Spa Pools, Changing facilities, Saunas and Steam Rooms.

·         Bedrooms – Refurbishment and Fit out of Bedroom, Bathrooms, Corridors.

Bradec recognises the demands that are placed on the Hotel Management to meet the expectations of today’s Businessman or Seminar user and spends a considerable amount of resource in Planning and discussions with our Clients, to ensure that the Hotel can function as normal, constantly working with Staff and the Public in mind,  to facilitate their needs and cause minimal inconvenience to them as the works proceed.
