About Bradec

GJ Bradbury Painter & Decorator was founded in 1965 by the father of the present Managing Director and in 1974 became Bradec (Andover) Ltd, as Painting & Decorating Contractors to Private and Public Authorities.  In 1984 Bradec (Andover) Ltd embarked on a programme of carrying out  building projects and as a result of the success of these works, Bradec Construction Ltd was formed in 1994 to continue the building operations of the group.  Recent projects include refurbishments of Hotel Accommodation, Restaurants, Car Showrooms, Shops , Offices and substantial refurbishment projects to Residential Properties. 

The Bradec Group of Companies is based in Andover, Hampshire and executes Building projects on behalf of Local Authorities, Central and Local Government, Hotel Chains, Shopping Chains, Hospital Boards, Education Authorities and Private Clients in both new and refurbishment projects throughout England and Wales. In addition our management staff have a wide experience in fitting out of offices, Banks, Building Societies / Security and General Refurbishment works. Bradec has a specialist division in Painting / Decorating, with a large workforce to service these works.

Through a substantial investment programme Bradec has implemented Integrated IT Systems including Computerised Estimating / Accounts, Computer Aided Design  / Large Format Colour Plotter, Colour Laser Printer, Email and Fax Servers, all serviced over a CAT 5 Structured Network System.

 Bradec (Andover) Ltd and Bradec Construction Ltd are committed to ensure that all Client's receive the quality of service and workmanship for which they are entitled.  It is the intention of all members of staff (Managing Director, Management and all Operatives) to ensure that all operations are performed to the expectations of the Client as defined at commencement.

Bradec through it's Board of Directors, Management and Staff is fully committed to Quality Assurance Procedures. Bradec has produced procedures in the format of a Quality Assurance Manual.  This is monitored on a regular basis by the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure it's effectiveness and suitability, it is understood throughout the company that the manual is mandatory.
